The Forestry house is an attached two-storey Swedish timber dwelling, comprising:

  • lounge/dining room

  • fully fitted kitchen

  • 2 double bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor)

  • 1 Twin bedroom

  • bathroom with bath and electric shower

  • large wild garden with fruit trees

  • oil central heating

  • open fire

These Swedish houses were built in the early 1950s for Forestry workers in the Glenelg and Arnisdale area.
